3) Send a single odd sock, with a paragraph about it, to Shonaleigh at 14 Appletree Drive, Dronfield, Derbyshire S18 1SG, UK. This sock may seem insignificant but it is very, very important.

DATES, ACCOMMODATION, MEALS
The course runs, on weekdays, Monday 4th – Thursday 28th November 2024 at Treowen, Wonastow, Monmouth NP25 4DL.
You can check in on the 3rd anytime from 11am (though you could arrive on the 4th before 10am). You'll need to leave on the 28th after 4pm.
Your accommodation is provided for the whole period; meals are provided on weekdays only.
We want you to be comfortable on our residential trainings. Please let us know of any particular physical or dietary needs you have below.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
The total cost for the course is £4000 which includes the residential course, accommodation (3rd-28th November), meals (on weekdays), tuition, mentor support and materials, plus monthly meetings on Zoom for a year afterwards.

If you become more than two months late with any payment you will be deemed as having cancelled your attendance (see below).

CANCELLATION
Should you decide to cancel your attendance on this course.
If you cancel up to 12 months before, i.e. before 3rd November 2023, will we refund you 90% of monies paid, minus bank fees.
If you cancel up to 6 months before i.e. before 3rd May 2024, we will refund you 50% of monies paid, minus bank fees.
If you cancel less than 3 months before i.e. after 3rd August 2024, we will be unable to give you a refund.
If you become more than two months late with any payment you will be deemed as having cancelled your attendance.
Should we cancel the course you will be offered a refund, minus bank fees.
Should we have to move the dates of the course you will be offered the choice of joining on the rescheduled dates or a refund, minus bank fees.
DECLARATION AND AGREEMENT
I understand that I am committing to a month long residential plus a year of monthly Zoom meetings and need to attend in full in order to get the benefit of taking the course.
